Notifly is billed through Shopify’s standard app billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions.

Notification limits and overages
Section titled “Notification limits and overages”The monthly notification limit applies to all sends across all channels combined. When you approach your limit, Notifly will warn you in the dashboard. If you exceed your limit:
- Free plan — no overage. Notifications are blocked once the limit is reached.
- Basic plan — $0.02 per message over 1000
- Pro plan — $0.015 per message over 5,000
Pro merchants using their own SendGrid and Twilio accounts via Custom Providers are not subject to Notifly’s notification limits — you send directly through your own accounts and are billed by those providers at their rates.
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”Basic and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. The trial starts when you select a paid plan. At the end of the trial period you’ll be billed at the plan’s standard rate through Shopify.
The Free plan has no trial period — it is permanently free within its limits.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”To upgrade or downgrade go to Billing in the Notifly dashboard and select a new plan. Shopify handles proration automatically — upgrades are credited for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”To cancel Notifly, uninstall the app from Shopify admin → Apps. Billing stops immediately. You do not need to contact support to cancel.
