Introduction

Notifly is a Shopify app that lets your customers subscribe to product notifications — so when a sold-out item comes back in stock, or a product’s price drops, they hear about it immediately.

Instead of losing that customer to a competitor, you bring them back at exactly the right moment.

Notifly adds a small widget to your product pages. Depending on the product’s status, customers see one of two buttons:

  • Notify Me When Back in Stock — shown when a variant is out of stock
  • Alert Me to Price Drops — shown when a variant is in stock and price drop alerts are enabled

Clicking either button opens a subscription modal. The customer enters their contact details, chooses how they want to be notified, and submits. When the trigger condition is met — stock restored, or price reduced — Notifly sends the notification automatically.

Notifly supports three channels. Which ones are available depends on your plan:

Install the widget

Add Notifly to your product pages — via app block on modern themes, or snippets on older ones.

Configure notifications

Choose which products and collections are eligible, configure triggers, and customize your notification templates.

Set quiet hours

Prevent notifications from sending in the middle of the night in your customers’ timezones.

Monitor & export

Track subscriptions and sends from the analytics dashboard, and export data to Excel.
