Products & Collections

By default no products are active in Notifly. You choose which products to enable, and only those products will show the subscription widget on their storefront pages.

Go to Notifications in the Notifly dashboard and click Add Products. From there you can:

  • Select products individually — browse your full product listing and check the products you want to enable
  • Import All Products — adds your entire catalog at once, skipping any products already added

Once a product is added, all of its variants appear in the notification listing. Customers can subscribe to a specific variant or to all variants of a product — this is handled through the scope selector in the subscription modal.

Each product in the Notifications list can be managed individually. Selecting a row reveals actions in the table header, and clicking the three-dot menu on any row gives you the following options:

  • Activate — enable notifications for this product
  • Pause — temporarily stop new notifications from sending without removing the product
  • Delete — remove the product from Notifly entirely

The same actions are available when you open a specific product notification at its detail page.

Notifly supports discount codes at two levels:

  • Per-product — configure a discount code on a specific product’s notification detail page
  • Per-collection — go to Collection Discounts in the dashboard to attach a discount code to a collection. Any notification for a product in that collection will automatically include the discount

Collection discounts are managed separately from product eligibility. A product doesn’t need to be imported through a collection — the discount applies based on collection membership at the time the notification fires.
